Program name: Proto Health Care Messaging.
This program sends operational healthcare text messages on behalf of participating healthcare providers. Messages may include appointment reminders, visit preparation instructions, arrival reminders, scheduling follow-up, callback coordination, care coordination updates, and limited support responses related to an existing patient interaction.
See the Privacy Policy for additional information about how messaging data is handled.
Messages are sent only to people who have already provided their mobile phone number to a participating healthcare provider and agreed to receive appointment-related or care-related communications in connection with scheduling, intake, registration, or ongoing treatment coordination.
This program is not used for purchased lead lists, unrelated promotions, or broad marketing blasts.
Message frequency varies based on the patient's appointments, care plan, and support needs.
Message and data rates may apply depending on the recipient's wireless plan.
Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
For support, reply HELP to any message in this program. End users may also contact the participating healthcare provider coordinating their care using the callback number or scheduling contact information already provided to them.
To stop future messages, reply STOP. After an opt-out request is processed, no further text messages should be sent through this program unless a new consent event occurs.
By providing a mobile number to a participating healthcare provider and agreeing to receive appointment-related or care-related communications, the end user consents to receive operational text messages through the Proto Health Care Messaging program.
Consent to receive these messages is not a condition of purchasing goods or services. The program is intended for U.S. mobile numbers associated with an existing healthcare provider relationship.
